The Page Interactions report helps site owners track on-page user engagement, such as clicks on buttons, links, images, etc., which in turn helps them optimize their pages for better experience and productivity. This report is ready to be quickly filtered by date using the date slider, and by page or Portal Tree level using the Portal Tree Filter.

Engagement | Page Interactions

Page Interactions

This chart visual displays the total number of on-page interactions made by all users within the selected time range. Clicking on a page will filter the page elements table and show the specific elements that were clicked on.

Page Elements

The page elements table includes a breakdown of all elements that were clicked on the page.

The table includes the following columns:

  • Title - The name of the page element
  • Type - The page element type (Input, Button, Link)
  • Interactions - The total number of page interactions for the listed page during the currently selected time range

Portal Tree

Use this filter to navigate through your portals and simply check the box next to any page or level to review information for exclusively that selection.

Use the date slider to quickly change the start or end date that you would like review information for. If you'd like to choose a specific date, click either the start or end date and manually select it using the calendar popup.

Note: The Visitor Engagement | Page Interactions report requires an additional license and is not included out-of-the-box.
